( Originally Published 1934 ) The lower the percentage of the hemoglobin content of the blood, the more severe the anemia. Most anemias are due to the same general and specific causes described by this system ; these same causes induce most all our ailments. It is surprising to observe how quickly the person's hemoglobin will go up under the use of the antisepticizing treatments and the simple diet of this system. In a week's time the patient's hemoglobin may rise from 70 percent to 80 percent and under the continued use of the antisepticizing treatments go to 90 per cent in another week or two. This is equally true of patients with hemoglobin as low as 6o per cent. Their hemoglobin will increase quite rapidly under the use of the antisepticizing treatments, and if necessary, the other methods of this system. To date the writer has not had the opportunity to try these methods in people suffering from the pernicious forms of anemia. These means and methods should be highly beneficial even in these severe forms. |
